Users can track their packages easily with our user-friendly display. As the tracker moves across a given area, a user can track it remotely via a dynamically scaling map that features surrounding landmarks, such as businesses and highways, on his personal device. Locations marked by the asset tracker can be saved over time and presented chronologically on the map, documenting the device’s movement from place to place. The number of points of interest to show on the map can be based on, for example, where the user is and where he wants to go.

To allow such remote tracking, asset trackers today typically have a GPS receiver and communication-signal circuitry. Our tracker is compact, low-cost, and has better designs via integration. For example, the communication-signal circuitry and the GPS receiver can share different electronic components.
